For grilling meat, fish and veg
Fakiro Grill is a made from a thick layer of aluminium coated with a specialised Teflon material.
This specialised coating prevents food sticking on the plate and simplifies cleaning operations.
The fluted aluminium plate once preheated quickly accumulates energy which is efficiently transmitted to the food.
This guarantee’s an even result and reduces cooking times by up to 40% as compared to a traditional French grill.
The Fakiro grill replaces the need to pre seal product before oven finishing. Saving time and providing less product shrinkage, with a minimum of cleanup.
Pizza and focaccia baking
FAKIRO is made from a thick aluminium plate that quickly transmits accumulated heat to the dough, simulating the effects of a stone in traditional static ovens.
Fakiro reduces baking time by up to 50% compared to simple convection baking and delivers a perfect baking symmetry among the top and bottom surface of the food. Combining the Fakiro baking plate and the DryMaxi system of baking in the Unox oven, your product becomes not only comparable, it provides an improvement to your day to day product output. Steaming and Frying
Frying within the oven chamber with NO.FRY eliminates the problems associated with traditional frying systems; there are no smell containments or waste oils to dispose off. This increases time efficiency and savings in consumables.
Oil consumption can be reduced up to 95% compared to traditional deep-frying techniques.
The NO.FRY basket is easy to clean because it is not composed of twisted steel wires but it is manufactured using modern moulding techniques. The specially designed pan provides more steam to product contact giving products like fish a juicy yet firm consistency never achievable in typical steaming trays.
Chicken and bird roasting
Pollo maximises the capacity of the cooking chamber and optimises airflow on the inside and outside of each bird, thanks to the particular cone shape tips on the rack, securely holding each bird in the optimal cooking position.
The result is a perfect roasting inside and out.
Each rack can host up to 8 birds weighing up to 1, 1 kg.
Spido is equipped with special steel skewers that allow a perfectly browned product outside with a soft and tasty inner consistency. With the Unox Skewer rack there is no need to turn the product; the specially formulated holding rails lift the product from the baking tray providing airflow around the item. No turning, no mess, no fuss.
BlackRoasting and pan frying
Black is specifically designed to roast and pan-fry breaded foods. Coated with non-stick material, BLACK prevents food from sticking and helps in easy cleaning.
