HOST 2009 is the event where we will present the new ChefTop™ and BakerTop™ combi ovens range.The basic name of the two lines has not been changed however, we are very excited about the introduced innovations showcasing at Host 2009; and in fact to differentiate our new models from previously released ovens the names have been altered.The identifying codes of the new models switches from series 4 (XVC304, XBC804, XVC514G, ...) to series 5 (XVC305, XBC805, XVC515G, ...).Even if, from a body design, the two series seem very similar, the commonality among them is only skin deep and it is possible to state that the only components that have not been changed are the stainless steel door frame and the carbon fibre handle. AND WHAT ELSE? We demand the highest standards in our industry:11 applied patents, of which 3 are brand new, and 4 patents awaiting registration.
 
 
 
 

Host 2009 è la sede dell’anteprima assoluta delle nuove gamme di forni ChefTop™ e BakerTop™:I nomi delle due famiglie rimangono gli stessi ma le innovazioni introdotte sono tali da rendere doveroso parlare di vere e proprie novità assolute, tanto che è stato necessario cambiare la denominazione dei modelli.La codifica dei forni combinati UNOX passa infatti dalla versione 4 (XVC304, XBC804, XVC514G, ...) alla 5 (XVC305, XBC805 e XVC515G, ...). Sebbene esternamente le due versioni sembrino molto simili, le comunanze in realtà sono ridotte al minimo, al punto che si può affermare che gli unici elementi che non hanno subito modifiche sono la struttura tubolare in acciaio della porta e la maniglia in fibra in carbonio. E IL RESTO? Abbiamo definito i nuovi standard nel nostro settore:11 brevetti applicati, di cui 3 nuovi e 4 depositati in attesa di registrazione.
