Unox S.p.A, a market leader in high-end oven manufacturing and certified as Great Place to Work for the eight consecutive year, is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer to join our team.
Main responsibilities- Design equipment, workstations and assembly lines for existing or new processes.
- Standardize the solutions designed and implemented for their adoption in other processes.
- Analyze existing or new processes through value stream mapping techniques and data analysis.
- Perform muda analysis on existing processes mastering techniques such as 4M+E, 5W+2H and 5 Why.
- Design future states of existing or new processes through value stream mapping techniques.
- Design the 4M+E of new processes.
- Develop action plans and enforce deadlines for the implementation of solutions.
- Measure the result of improvement projects for follow-up.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Management.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the principles, techniques, methods and tools of the lean system
- Strong aptitude for teamwork and problem solving
- Genuine interest in building and mechanical experimentation, with a strong hands on attitude
- Junior (2-5 years)
