As the blade and spatula work together, they generate a continuous orbital motion from the walls to the centre, ensuring even and fast cooking and high-quality results.

Innovation takes shape: the entire process, crystallized. Cold water fills the jacket surrounding the bowl, rapidly cooling the composition mid-process and significantly reducing blast chilling time.
