Research Technology
Unox S.p.A, market leader in high-end oven production and certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is looking for a Food Technology Technician to join our Research and Development Team.
Main responsibilities
Conduct cooking tests on ovens, prototypes, and devices, preparing samples, carrying out tests, and collecting data according to internal procedures and standards.
Evaluate cooking performance through objective parameters and the physical and sensory properties of food, interpreting results in relation to test objectives.
Collaborate with teams on product development and validation activities, supporting the analysis and resolution of cooking quality issues, including those reported by customers.
Manage and update the cooking standards database, ensuring accurate recording and traceability of results.
Execute, validate, and improve existing cooking standards, contributing to the creation and verification of new standards through experimental activities.
Organize and conduct panel tests, contributing to the definition of procedures, preparation of test kits, and documentation of results.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology
Precision, methodical approach, and ability to work in a structured manner
Practical and experimental approach
Interest and curiosity towards cooking technology and the functioning of cooking devices
Ability to collaborate with technical and Research Technology teams
