AIR.Plus technology is used in ChefLux, BakerLux, LineMiss and LineMicro ovens.
The correct distribution of the air and the heat within the cooking chamber is a key factor in the transfer of heat to the food. The ventilation therefore has a role of major importance so that the cooking results do not vary according to where the food is placed on the pan (horizontal) and where the pan in placed in the oven (vertical).
