The BAKERLUX SHOP.Pro™ MASTER convection ovens with humidity use the AIR.Plus technology to perfectly and uniformly distribute the heat within the baking chamber, guaranteeing perfect colouring of frozen bakery products.
Moreover, thanks to STEAM.Plus technology the frozen items can be inserted frozen in the oven and, thanks to the humidity injection, go through a rapid defrosting. This accelerates the development of the internal structure and increases the product volume by up to 15% compared with traditional convection ovens.
