MULTI.Day Hot Vacuum is the first and only technology that allows you to vacuum-pack trays of hot food as soon as the cooking process has finished. It thus becomes very easy to transfer the food from your UNOX oven to EVEREO® and benefit from all the advantages of Service Temperature Food Preservation.

Once cooked following the normal sous.vide cooking procedures, insert the MULTI.Day Bags in EVEREO® without cooling them to preserve them for up to 72 hours at service temperature and be always ready for any order.
