• Taking care and handling of Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing financial information.
• Document financial transactions by entering information to the company systems & ERP.
• Administration of Employees Travel Expenses.
• Administration of Employees data and Payrolls.
• Payments preparation by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Timely delivery of all tax reports in cooperation with the tax consultant.
• Correspondence with authorities, customers and suppliers.
• Current sum up of financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports as directed.
• Capacity to provide excellent customer service to employees.
• Interface with all levels of Company employees.
• Secureness of financial information by completing data base backups.
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Perform other duties from time to time as assigned.
