Education:
• Essential academic background in culinary or baking.
• Knowledge and experience working in kitchen with friendly and outgoing personality will be highly considered.
Skills:
• Proficiency in English;
• Demonstrates robust communication and interpersonal skills, excelling in establishing connections with professionals across various organizational hierarchies;
• Possesses outstanding organizational abilities;
• Demonstrates proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation.
Work experiences:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales industry, preferably within the food, beverage, or equipment supply sectors;
• Frequent travel, accounting for approximately 50% of the time, to maintain a consistent market presence.
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager;
• Strategize and execute promotional events, collaborating with UNOX partners;
• Coordinate and conduct Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions with potential clients.
• Conduct product familiarization training for end users;
• Plan and execute training courses for dealers, wholesalers, or other UNOX partners, focusing on post-sales service aspects (installation, maintenance, operating UNOX products, etc.);
• Manage and coordinate technical support when required;
• Explore and cultivate sales opportunities within the designated territory;
• Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to finalizing deals, and cultivate lasting partnerships through effective networking;
• Generate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information using the company CRM system;
• Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor information, providing regular feedback to management;
• Participate in various regional and national trade shows;
• Enhance and cultivate UNOX brand awareness through various channels, including social media platforms.
