Education:
• Degree (in humanities or economics) with strong motivation and sensitivity to HR issues
Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language (spoken and written) - our selection process includes a telephone language check in English before the interview;
• At least 1/2 years of experience in the field of research and selection;
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and result-orientation;
• Proactivity, results-orientation, ability to work in a team, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Excellent Public Speaking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing assigned tasks and meeting deadlines;
Work experiences:
• 1-2 years of HR experience in recruitment and selection
• Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, the company website, social media, industry events, and professional networks.
• Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates in line with the requirements of open positions.
• Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews (in English and Italian) to assess candidates' skills and experience.
• Evaluation: Collaborate with line managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
• Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
The searches will concern areas such as: IT, R&D, Marketing, Operations, Service (both for Italian and foreign branches).
