Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering.
Skills:
• English language: excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Willingness to travel within the regional service area and corresponding flexibility;
• Professional experience in service field work (maintenance and repair) or in commissioning.
Work experiences:
• 4+ years of experience in customer service for service intensive equipment;
• Completed training in the field of electricsProficiency in SAP.

• Leading and supervising a team of technical customer service staff;
• Providing support to customers;
• Providing technical support to our global network of service partners;
• Communicating courteously with customers and service partners;
• Handling customer complaints;
• Eliminating occurring errors as well as completion of repairs on site;
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
• Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service we are providing;
• Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
