• Create, schedule, and update content across company social media platforms
• Design graphics for social media and POSM materials (including banners)
• Prepare and manage POSM to support sales team requirements
• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and other online campaigns
• Handle basic video shooting and editing for social media content (short videos/reels)
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and digital best practices
• Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest improvements to enhance digital presence
• Prepare marketing materials and content write-ups with strong English proficiency
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and occasional overseas travel when required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in social media content creation and management
• Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe)
• Basic video shooting and editing skills
• Strong knowledge of major digital marketing channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in work performance
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
