• Develop and execute a localized content strategy across key Chinese digital platforms, including WeChat, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu.
• Manage daily social media operations: editorial planning, content creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the company’s participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry fairs in China, ensuring strong brand visibility and lead generation.
• Organize and execute marketing events, product launches, and client activations, delivering a high-quality brand experience.
• Manage the customer experience at the China Experience Centre, ensuring smooth operations and a high-quality, engaging visitor journey.
• Develop and manage Chinese Sales Materials to support sales and commercial initiatives.
• Create basic multimedia content (photo and video), including shooting and editing, tailored for Chinese platforms.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and digital best practices within the Chinese ecosystem, providing actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Native or fluent Mandarin
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proven ability to read and write in Simplified Chinese (mandatory); knowledge of Traditional Chinese is a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing Chinese social media platforms: WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills tailored to Chinese audiences.
• Proven experience in organizing and coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events in China.
• Basic skills in photo and video production/editing (e.g. Jianying or similar tools).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
