Unox S.p.A, market leader in high-end oven production and certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is looking for a Facility Technician to join our Operations Team.

Main responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze reports of faults and malfunctions received from users and monitoring systems.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to supervise maintenance contractors, ensuring the proper execution of scheduled and extraordinary activities.
  • Manage the planning of routine and extraordinary maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
  • Provide direct support in resolving technical issues, either by intervening personally or by coordinating the necessary resources (e.g., plumbers, electricians, etc.).
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, and electronic technical repairs when required.
  • Monitor and keep the maintenance and technical issues database up to date.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement innovative solutions and technologies aimed at improving plant efficiency and maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
  • Technical diploma (electrical, electronic, or energy-related field)
  • Previous experience, even brief, in a technical and maintenance role (plumbing, electronics, electrical systems)
  • Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations or complex issues with a practical, solution-oriented approach
  • Basic knowledge of main technical systems (electrical, plumbing, electronic)
  • Good manual skills for performing simple mechanical tasks and ability to use hand tools
  • Willingness to work on-site and carry out direct maintenance interventions
  • Entry-Level (<2 years)
