Main responsibilities
Providing technical assistance to customers who contact the company for clarification on how to operate and use company product.
Supporting customers regarding the operation and use of the company's products or services, identifying solutions and providing assistance to eliminate the causes of a failure or malfunction and to ensure correct operation.
Manage return activities.
Transfer the problems encountered to the company.
Ensure the preparation of reports with the most frequent causes of a failure or malfunctioning.
Instruct and update customers and the technical support team on the technical features and procedures for installing and repairing products.
Requirements
A technical background is preferred
Excellent proficiency in Dutch
Proficiency in English is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel for customer support and internal training purposes
Entry-Level (<2 years)
