All Cooking and Baking Essentials are special baking and cooking trays designed to be easy to use and safe. They have a design and structure that guarantees long life and, thanks to the non-stick cover, are always easy to clean, even in the dishwasher.
A Tray for every recipe
For every cooking technique and every food there is a specific professional baking or cooking tray or pan with special features.
If you need to roast, brown or cook au gratin, you can count on the BLACK tray, which is available in two different heights: 20 and 40 millimetres. It is perfect for roasting potatoes, meat, vegetables and fish. The food does not stick to the bottom and the rounded edge design makes its cleaning quick and easy.
The Foro.Black professional baking tray is recommended for fresh pastries and bakery products. Its aluminium construction guarantees durability over time and fast heat transfer to the food. In addition to that, the micro-perforated surface allows for efficient humidity extraction, accelerating the drying of the product and all the advantages that come with it.
For steam and vacuum cooking, the STEAM pan is ideal. With large holes along the bottom and sides of the pan, steam can easily cover the food contained within, thus obtaining a perfect cook, even with the most delicate of foods.
For grilling, there are three different professional cooking trays, each with specific characteristics: the GRILL tray allows you to grill fish and vegetables without pre-heating the tray; the FAKIRO.Grill for grilling lean meats such as chicken, turkey and cuts of beef such as fillet, as well as fish and vegetables; and SUPER.Grill, suitable for cuts of meat with a very high percentage of fat or processed meats such as hamburgers. The latter, as well as having a very quick loading and unloading system designed for those who have to produce large quantities of food at the same time, allows the fat and liquids released while cooking to drip off the tray and be collected in a second tray if necessary.
