Operations
Unox S.p.A, market leader in high-end oven production and certified as Great Place to Work for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will be a key operational figure within the production team, responsible for the technical management, proper functioning, and programming of machines (bending machines, welding machines, spot welders, lasers).
Main responsibilities- Supervision of production processes in manufacturing areas with a high level of machinery integration (automatic, semi-automatic, and manual machines).
- Monitoring compliance with quality standards and improving production methods.
- Providing ongoing technical support to line operators, coaching the team and developing skills and autonomy.
- Delivering hands-on, on-the-job training for operators.
- Planning and executing both scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities, internally and externally.
- Developing machine-side and CAD/CAM programs for various types of machinery (press brakes, laser cutting machines, punching machines, etc.).
Requirements- Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic fields
- Strong technical and hands-on skills
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and operations
- Good computer skills (experience with systems and machines)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Junior (2-5 years)
