Main responsibilities
Plan and coordinate the loading of trucks and containers, ensuring compliance with operational priorities and delivery schedules.
Organize and manage shipments, including courier booking and coordination.
Prepare and issue transport documentation for domestic, European, and non-EU shipments.
Prepare customs documentation and support import/export customs procedures.
Coordinate customs inspection activities.
Manage the daily and monthly invoicing process related to shipping operations.
Organize the transfer of goods for exhibitions, events, and the Service Lab.
Ensure the collection, verification, and filing of duly signed transport documentation.
Manage the return and reverse logistics process, ensuring full traceability of returned goods.

Excellent proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken, is required

The annual gross salary (RAL) for this position, based on the requirement of 0-1 years of experience and the candidate holding either a high school diploma or a university degree, ranges from €26,889 to €28,800.
