Unox S.p.A., a market leader in the production of professional, high-quality ovens for the entire HoReCa sector and recognized as one of the 100 best companies in Europe, is looking for a Field Sales Representative to strengthen the Austrian Unox team. In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and focus on identifying sales opportunities and managing existing customers in Eastern Austria, with a focus on the Vienna area.

Main responsibilities
  • Managing the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to building long-term partnerships through proactive business development and effective networking.
  • Planning and conducting Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions with potential clients.
  • Organizing and delivering demos and training sessions for dealers, wholesalers, and other Unox partners, with a focus on after-sales support and product application.
  • Coordinating and managing technical support when needed.
  • Preparing detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information in the Salesforce CRM system.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience as a chef/cook is not required but is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in the HoReCa sector or in sales is also an advantage.
  • Proven organizational skills, as well as problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent command of English is essential.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%) to ensure a strong market presence.
