We are looking for a Human Resources enthusiast to join our UNOX Team in Mexico. The ideal candidate has a background in Social sciences and will be responsible for various strategic and operational activities within the HR department. The person will report directly to the HR Manager at the UNOX headquarters (HQ) in Italy.

Main responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Attracting talent for various positions while ensuring alignment with the company culture.
  • Managing the recruitment process, from profile definition and job offers to onboarding.
  • Partnering with employment agencies to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews.

Wellbeing

  • Designing and implementing initiatives aimed at improving employee wellbeing (health programs, team-building events, etc.).
  • Collaborating with line managers to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Employer Branding

  • Defining and implementing the employer branding strategy to attract top talent.

Training

  • Supporting employee training and development processes in collaboration with the HR Team at HQ (Italy).

Administration

  • Managing the HR portal and updating employee master data.
  • Creating and updating HR documentation (contracts, company policies, benefits, and ensuring the company complies with all labor regulations).
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Humanities, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in HR roles, preferably within multinational environments.
  • Fluent in Spanish (native speaker).
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of the Italian language is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player mentality and flexibility.
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Junior (2-5 years)
