Unox, certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is seeking an Employer Branding & Communication Specialist to join our Human Resources Team.

Main responsibilities

Employer Branding

  • Active participation in the organization of university Career Days, networking events, and industry trade fairs.
  • Management of promotional materials (PowerPoint presentations, brochures, videos, etc.).
  • Coordination of communication flows with internal and external stakeholders, as well as placement offices at partner universities.

Internal Events & Employee Engagement

  • Support in organizing corporate events and team-building activities.
  • Operational support for daily employee well-being initiatives (e.g., welcome kits for new hires).

Internal Communication

  • Content creation support (presentations, videos, copy) for social media channels.
  • Basic graphic design support for institutional presentations and internal communications.
  • Assistance in drafting, reviewing, and updating corporate documentation (e.g., Employee Handbook, "House Rules," and internal policies).


Requirements
  • Recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, HR, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
  •  Excellent English proficiency (C1 level equivalent – certification is not required; language skills will be assessed during the interview process).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • A self-starter mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively interface with diverse stakeholders.
