Being able to anticipate more complex and time-consuming preparations can help chefs better manage peak service times and dramatically reduce stress even in understaffed kitchens.

Thanks to a HACCP International certified tool, chefs can keep food hot for up to 3 days. Perfect temperature and humidity control allows for zero risk of bacterial growth and leaves the taste and texture of each dish unaltered.

CombiGuru
CombiGuru is a project devised and implemented by Unox in 2017 aimed at students, teachers and school managers of the main hospitality institutes to enhance the talent of young future chefs.

A digital quiz, with which students can learn all about the cooking world through the CombiGuru App, designed and created by Unox.
Ovens challenge
Students who have obtained the best scores in the digital quiz in their institute rank are invited to Unox HQ to compete in a real oven challenge.
Winners prize
Through this project, Unox offers students an unforgettable learning experience, as well as offering our own ovens as prizes for institutes, so that students have innovative professional tools at their disposal during their studies.
