Unox, a market leader in the production of professional ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Sales Specialist for Portugal.
Main responsibilities- Planning and executing promotional events in collaboration with UNOX partners.
- Coordinating and conducting Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions with potential clients.
- Delivering product familiarization courses for end customers.
- Planning and conducting training courses for distributors and other UNOX partners, focusing on after-sales aspects.
- Managing and coordinating technical support whenever necessary.
- Exploring and developing sales opportunities in the Lisbon region.
- Overseeing the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing deals, promoting lasting partnerships through an effective network of contacts.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company's CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor information, providing regular reports to management.
- Participate in various regional and national trade shows.
- Strengthen and promote UNOX brand recognition through various channels, including social media platforms.
Requirements- Mandatory academic background in culinary arts;
- Knowledge and practical experience in cooking are highly valued, along with a friendly and outgoing personality;
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals at different hierarchical levels;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Aptitude for problem-solving and negotiation;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial sector, preferably in the areas of food, beverages, or equipment supply;
- Availability to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time) to maintain a constant market presence.
