Main responsibilities
Planning and management of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions on technological systems (low and medium voltage electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and, where necessary, the management of soft services.
Management of external designers for new systems and new buildings.
Maintenance of the best relationships with suppliers or their representatives, evaluating and responding to any needs/requests in the best time and manner.
Supervision and coordination of internal and external maintenance workers.
Building efficiency, analysis and reporting on consumption.
Requirements
Degree in a technical field (Electronic, Electrical, Energy engineering with knowledge of thermotechnics or similar)
