Unox, certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is seeking an HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team.

Main responsibilities
  • Full-cycle recruitment management: overseeing the entire selection process, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews.
  • Active candidate sourcing: utilizing recruitment channels, internal databases, and professional social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify profiles aligned with business requirements.
  • Staffing agency management: coordinating with external recruitment partners (APL) for permanent and temporary staffing, while monitoring the progress of delegated selection processes.
  • Talent Acquisition at Career Days: actively participating in university career fairs to identify top talent, map skills, and build a consistent candidate pipeline (Talent Pool).


Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) – please note that our selection process includes a dedicated language assessment via telephone.
  • Experience: at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection activities.
  • Additional Languages: proficiency in French is considered a strong plus.
  • Education: bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferably in Humanities, Psychology, or Economics) with strong motivation and a keen interest in HR trends.
  • Organizational Skills: excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Proactivity: a proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Public Speaking: exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Stress Management: proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Junior (2-5 years)
