Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Service Technician to join the Unox Service Team. This position will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer sites across Sweden.
Main responsibilities- Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling within Sweden.
- Oversee all aspects of on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functionality testing of Unox equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions.
- Train customers on the proper use of Unox equipment.
- Create detailed and comprehensive service reports after each service visit.
Requirements- Proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, reacting positively to challenges.
- At least 2 years of experience in the electromechanical field.
- Willingness to travel within Sweden (up to 80% of the time).
