500ml whole milk
500ml double cream
8 uova whole eggs
2 yolks
250gr sugar
1 vanilla pod
2 egg whites
110gr sliced almonds
15gr lineseed
20gr butter
15gr "00" flour
70gr caster sugar

12 minutes - 185°C - 100% dry - fan 2

CREME CARAMEL
22 minutes - 88°C - 100% steam - fan 4

TUILE
12 minutes - 155°C - 50% dry - fan 3
