Unox Mexico, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work Mexico® for second consecutive year, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join the Unox Sales Team. This role will focus on identifying and managing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Main responsibilities- Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying potential prospects to building long-term partnerships through effective networking.
 - Coordinate and conduct Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions with prospective customers.
 - Plan and deliver training sessions for dealers, wholesalers, and other Unox partners, focusing on post-sales support, including installation, maintenance, and product operation.
 - Manage and coordinate technical support as needed.
 - Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company’s CRM system.
 
 Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
 - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
 - Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
 - Up to 3 years of experience in the HoReCa sector or in a sales role.
 - Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to maintain a strong market presence.
