Unox S.p.A, market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is looking for a Production Engineer at Unox Manifattura, a Group company specialized in the assembly of professional ovens.
Main responsibilities- Analyze Unox production processes and Intercompany suppliers' processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities based on Lean principles.
- Map processes, define Future State Maps, and identify KPIs to monitor process performance.
- Develop reports and dashboards, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate process improvement projects, monitoring progress and results.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Intercompany suppliers to implement solutions and standardize processes.
Requirements- Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering
- Good knowledge of the Italian language
- Graduate (0 years)
The expected gross annual salary (RAL) for this position, in relation to the required 0-1 years of experience, ranges from a minimum of €28,800 to a maximum of €32,000.
