Sales
Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the seventh consecutive year, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join the Unox Sales Team. This role will focus on identifying and managing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Main responsibilities- Implement all aspects of the market development in Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras.
 - Manage all selling operations within the country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
 - Establish UNOX presence and driving sales activities in the designated geography.
 - Implement a business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence in the region, to create growth in sales and profitability.
 - Close sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.
 - Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying potential new business to building long-term partnerships with partners (Distributors) in the territory through effective networking.
 - Organize and conduct marketing events such as exhibitions, product presentations, demos at distributors’ place.
 - Coordinate and conduct Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions with prospective customers.
 - Plan and deliver training sessions for dealers, wholesalers, and other Unox partners, focusing on post-sales support, including installation, maintenance, and product operation.
 - Be responsible for administrative processes and link among Headquarter and dealers and distributors.
 - Manage and coordinate technical support as needed.
 - Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company’s CRM system.
 - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
 
 Requirements- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
 - Strong capacity of understanding the technology behind the product.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
 - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
 - Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
 - Up to 3 years of experience in the HoRe.Ca sector or in a sales role.
 - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to maintain a strong market presence.
