The company.
1990
Unox is born.

Unox was incorporated in 1990 and breaks into the market of professional ovens with a product designed to bake frozen bread and frozen croissants without proofing. Thanks to the new AIR.Maxi™ technology that guarantees uniform air diffusion using multiple fans, Unox immediately established itself as a market leader.

2000
Unox in the 2000s.

Unox is now an established reality with presence in the major international markets. With the advent of the new millennium, CHEFLUX™ and BAKERLUX™ combined oven lines are launched. In these years, Unox adopts Lean Manufacturing, dramatically increasing quality and at the same time reducing delivery times and production costs.

2010
An unstoppable growth.

Improvements now take place at a fast pace. The new CHEFTOP MIND.Maps and BAKERTOP MIND.Maps ranges are the excellence for professionals. The company increases its global presence and inaugurates its new avant-garde headquarter, a modern construction technologies jewel.

Unox today.

MIND.Maps™ ovens are the most efficient tool for professional kitchens. DDC AI transforms usage data into useful tips. The company continues expanding, with growing production facilities. Unox is present in 34 countries and distributes products in over 130 countries worldwide.

The product.
1990
Crafted innovation.

Our first ovens were born from ideas, passion, and pure craftsmanship. We created excellent products even without technology, always seeking innovative and smart solutions. We pursue continuous improvement in processes, tools, and technologies used to design our products.

2000
Lean revolution.

With the introduction of Lean Manufacturing, we exponentially increased the quality of our products and processes. Over the years, Unox has invested in the best design and prototyping tools, first adopting 2D CAD and later upgrading to 3D CAD for more advanced and precise results.

2010
Nothing is left to chance.

At Unox we see the efficiency and innovation of our production processes as two sides of the same coin. Lean principles and methods are now applied at all levels and require the constant renewal not only of instruments but also of machinery. Processes and products are efficient and represent the industry benchmarks.

2020
Details matter.

Thanks to increasingly advanced and precise technologies, today we are able to study and improve every detail of our products and processes: from the thermofluidodynamic behavior inside the cooking chamber to the control of all the experience that our customer lives with the Unox brand.

The people.
1990
The founders.

2000

2010
We share a goal.

We work to ensure the maximum benefit to our client and to create a state-of-the-art enterprise, focusing on innovation and excellence in every aspect.
