Education:
• Essential academic background in culinary or baking;
• Knowledge and experience working in kitchen with friendly and outgoing personality will be highly considered.
Skills:
• Proficiency in English;
• Demonstration of robust communication and interpersonal skills, excellence in establishing connections with professionals across various organizational hierarchies;
• Outstanding organizational abilities;
• Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation.
Work experiences:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales industry, preferably within the food, beverage, or equipment supply sectors;
• Frequent travel, accounting for approximately 50% of the time, to maintain a consistent market presence.
• Penetrate potential target accounts for new business as well as establishing and working with partners in the territory;
• Research, study and analyse target markets and organisations, identify emerging markets and market changes;
• Organise marketing events such as exhibitions, product presentations, demonstrations at dealer or distributor premises to increase professional and technical product knowledge;
• Organise after-sales training sessions for customers, following UNOX standards;
• Achieve sales and financial results for the designated region by setting targets and monitoring performance;
• Use CRM and other internal IT tools to process sales activities (orders, invoices, returns, etc.).
• Monitor and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, reporting and making recommendations to management;
• Collaborate and partner with marketing, research, design and industrialisation, service and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of the UNOX go-to-market strategy.
