Main activities

• Providing technical assistance telephone service to customers who contact the company for clarification on how to operate and use company product;

Supporting customers regarding the operation and use of the company's products or services, identifying solutions and providing assistance to eliminate the causes of a failure or malfunction and to ensure correct operation;

Manage return activities;

Transfer the problems encountered to the company;

Ensure the preparation of reports with the most frequent causes of a failure or malfunctioning;

Prepare training on product use and service delivery;

Prepare training material for product technical support courses;

Instruct and update customers and the technical support team on the technical features and procedures for installing and repairing products.
