Main responsibilities
Design equipment, workstations and assembly lines for existing or new processes.
Standardize the solutions designed and implemented for their adoption in other processes.
Analyze existing or new processes through value stream mapping techniques and data analysis.
Perform muda analysis on existing processes mastering techniques such as 4M+E, 5W+2H and 5 Why.
Design future states of existing or new processes through value stream mapping techniques.
Design the 4M+E of new processes.
Develop action plans and enforce deadlines for the implementation of solutions.
Measure the result of improvement projects for follow-up.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Management.
Good knowledge and understanding of the principles, techniques, methods and tools of the lean system
Strong aptitude for teamwork and problem solving
Genuine interest in building and mechanical experimentation, with a strong hands on attitude
