Unox S.p.A, market leader in high-end oven production and certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is looking for a Training Engineer to join our Unox Service Academy Team. In this role, youll act as a key liaison between various Unox teams and the market, while also having the opportunity to contribute actively to the continuous improvement of Unox products.
Main responsibilities- Deliver continuous technical training, both remotely and in-person, to the network of technical support partners.
- Promote and maintain best practices related to the Service Academy.
- Oversee the training of Unox SpA internal and branch personnel, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Create technical documentation and training materials for Unox products; Collaborate with design teams during product development, identifying key issues and proposing innovative solutions.
Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally to visit subsidiaries and support partners, at least for one week per month
