Unox S.p.A., market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as one of the top 100 Best Workplaces in Europe, is seeking an Administration and Accounting Specialist for a Group company specialized in mold manufacturing and plastic die-casting for Unox products.

Main responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable management: recording supplier invoices, monitoring aging reports, and processing payments.
  • Accounts Receivable management: issuing invoices, preparing turnover reports, managing bank collection orders (Ri.Ba), and recording receipts.
  • General Ledger entries: payroll accounting and bank statement reconciliations.
  • Online banking: managing collection and payment transactions.
  • VAT compliance: preparing VAT registers and monthly summaries, periodic settlements, supporting annual tax returns, and managing letters of intent.
  • F24 tax forms: preparation, submission, and recording of tax payment forms.
  • HR support: attendance tracking, checking payslips, and managing personnel documentation.
  • Reporting and closing activities: preparing adjusting entries for interim and annual financial statements.
  • Document management: archiving and digital preservation compliance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: maintaining constant communication with other company teams.


Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles will be considered an advantage.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work in a team and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Approach: Proactive attitude and the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and structured environment.
  • Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with the main administrative and fiscal deadlines.
  • Preferred Software: Knowledge of SAP ERP will be considered a plus.
  • Language Skills: Good command of both written and spoken English.
