• Providing technical assistance telephone service to customers who contact the company for clarification on how to operate and use company product;
• Supporting customers regarding the operation and use of the company's products or services, identifying solutions and providing assistance to eliminate the causes of a failure or malfunction and to ensure correct operation;
• Manage return activities:
• Transfer the problems encountered to the company;
• Ensure the preparation of reports with the most frequent causes of a failure or malfunctioning;
• Prepare training on product use and service delivery;
• Prepare training material for product technical support courses;
• Instruct and update customers and the technical support team on the technical features and procedures for installing and repairing products.
