Unox MY.Care & TOTAL.Care
To keep your equipment performing at its best, we offer the UNOX MY.Care* scheduled maintenance service. This includes a full machine check-up and functional testing.
Depending on usage, we provide up to three annual visits, replacing wear-and-tear components like gaskets, tubing, and more.**
*UNOX optimises maintenance plans and replacement components based on actual usage and the regulations in force in each country.
**Installation must be carried out by authorised personnel in compliance with Unox standards set out in the installation manual.
With the UNOX TOTAL.Care service, we not only include the interventions provided in the UNOX MY.Care scheduled maintenance package, but we also guarantee premium
interventions*, including labour related to maintenance and the warranty replacement of damaged components.**
*Such premium maintenance interventions don't include those due to product misuse or negligence.

General Conditions
- To qualify for the maintenance plan, proper product installation is required. This includes correct positioning, electrical, water, and gas connections (where applicable), assurance of water quality, and the use of UNOX detergent.
- The contracting of the service after the acquisition of the equipment is subject to verification of their suitability through a competent technical assessment.
- The maximum coverage period is five years.
- If the initial contracted period is shorter than the maximum, the annual price will be adjusted upon plan renewal in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract.
