Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Marketing/Architecture or related fields.
Skills:
• Proficiency in French and English is essential, fluency in in Italian is a strong plus;

Work experiences:
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior commercial role. This experience should include managing a sales force and agents (e.g., Sales Manager/Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager), specifically within the high-end home appliance or luxury kitchen sector;
• The candidate should be able to demonstrate a profound relationship with key market dealers. A track record in growing established brands and/or creating a new business/brand in the luxury home sector is required;
• Willingness to travel (approximately 70% of the time). We seek a constant presence within the market
• Cultivate relationships with key kitchen distributors, retailers, and showrooms in the luxury/high-end sector, fostering strong and mutually beneficial partnerships;
• Possess a well-structured portfolio of high-level architect contacts, along with an already-developed network, demonstrating the ability to successfully manage and execute projects directly with luxury clientele;
• Foster connections with luxury/high-end kitchen architects and designers (with a corresponding well-structured contact portfolio), aiding them in understanding and realizing the potential and functionality of the Unox Casa product range;
• Negotiate commercial agreements with partners, provide training, consultation, and support to effectively represent the Unox Casa brand;
• Develop and define effective marketing solutions that capture the attention of end-users through tools such as social media, influencers, traditional press, and marketing fairs and events;
• Support direct sales and post-sales experience when necessary, becoming an ambassador and a key knowledge expert for the brand and product to achieve company sales objectives;
• Implement direct communication, providing reliable and informative information and data to ensure the success of the brand.
