SPEED-X™: much more than a speed oven

SPEED-X is the first oven in the world that integrates the technology of a commercial combi oven with the power of microwaves and the convenience of automatic washing: an innovative high-tech oven capable of cooking a whole sea bass on a bed of potatoes in just 330 seconds, soft meat skewers in 240 seconds or tasty steamed broccoli in just 180 seconds.

EVEREO® is our unique "hot fridge" on the market, HACCP International certified. The first hot storage system capable of preserving ready-to-eat dishes for up to 72 hours, keeping their taste and organoleptic qualities intact. Thanks to its MULTI. Day Hot Vacuum, EVEREO® can vacuum seal food that is still hot inside the MULTI.Day Trays to take full advantage of its extraordinary storage capacity or facilitate transport, for example, in the case of satellite kitchens or catering services.
