Operations
Unox S.p.A, market leader in high-end oven production and certified as Great Place to Work for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will be a key operational figure within the production team, responsible for the technical management, proper functioning, and programming of machines (bending machines, welding machines, spot welders, lasers).
Main responsibilities- Set up and program production machines, performing operations directly when needed.
- Respond immediately to stoppages or technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Optimize and adjust machine programs to improve efficiency and process quality.
- Provide ongoing technical support to line operators, coaching and developing team skills and autonomy.
- Deliver hands-on, on-the-job training for operators.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout production.
- Analyze and resolve problems directly on the production floor.
Requirements- Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic fields.
- Strong technical and hands-on skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and operations.
- Good computer skills (experience with systems and machines).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Junior (2-5 years)
