Unox S.p.A, a market leader in high-end oven production and certified as one of the 100 best places to work in Europe, is looking for a Production Engineer at Mabix, a Group company specialized in the construction of molds and plastic injection molding for Unox products.
Main responsibilities- Support the procurement flow management by monitoring supplier orders and related goods receipts.
- Analyze and manage subcontracting processes, ensuring alignment between production planning, material flow, and returns.
- Take part in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives within the molding and assembly departments, contributing to process optimization and waste reduction.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and supporting stock alignment with production needs.
- Maintain and update process and master data (item master data, bills of materials, routing and production cycles) in SAP and GP90, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the molding and assembly teams to analyze operational issues and support the implementation of improvement actions.
- Support quality control activities on components, contributing to non-conformity analysis and continuous product quality improvement.
