Your role will be to understand, model, and improve the thermodynamic behavior of our systems. You will work on the design and optimization of processes involving temperature, pressure, vacuum, and mixing, translating complex physical phenomena into robust and repeatable operating logics.
Main responsibilities
Study and model thermodynamic and fluid dynamic phenomena within Roboqbo machines, defining optimal control strategies and process parameters.
Conduct hands-on tests on the machine to validate theoretical models and design hypotheses. Analyze experimental data to understand real system behavior and improve performance.
Define and optimize complex processing cycles involving multiple variables (temperature, pressure, vacuum, time, agitation), ensuring stability and repeatability.
Develop controlled cooking tests and rigorous experimental procedures to isolate and quantify the impact of thermodynamic variables on the organoleptic quality of the final product.
Identify and solve machine-related issues by interpreting the underlying physical phenomena and proposing effective engineering solutions.
Collaborate with mechanical, electronic, and software design teams to translate physical and process requirements into integrated technical specifications.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Strong foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
Ability to model complex physical systems and critically interpret them.
Familiarity with experimental environments and laboratory instrumentation.
Natural tendency to investigate the “why” behind physical phenomena, going beyond immediate solutions.
Clarity in explaining problems and solutions, enabling effective collaboration across disciplines.
