Main responsibilities
Management of business travel and company vehicles, coordinating organizational and administrative activities.
Review and management of expense reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures.
Support for HR administration, assisting with key activities related to onboarding, attendance tracking, and payslips.
Collaboration with different departments across the company to ensure accurate, smooth, and efficient administrative processes.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented, with a strong collaborative mindset
