Unox S.p.A, market leader in high-end oven production and certified as Great Place to Work for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will be a key operational figure within the production team, responsible for the technical management, proper functioning, and programming of machines (bending machines, welding machines, spot welders, lasers).
Main responsibilities
Supervision of production processes in manufacturing areas with a high level of machinery integration (automatic, semi-automatic, and manual machines).
Monitoring compliance with quality standards and improving production methods.
Providing ongoing technical support to line operators, coaching the team and developing skills and autonomy.
Delivering hands-on, on-the-job training for operators.
Planning and executing both scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities, internally and externally.
Developing machine-side and CAD/CAM programs for various types of machinery (press brakes, laser cutting machines, punching machines, etc.).
Requirements
Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic fields
Strong technical and hands-on skills
Ability to quickly learn new processes and operations
Good computer skills (experience with systems and machines)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Junior (2-5 years)
