Unox S.p.A., a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and recognized as one of the 100 best companies to work for in Europe, is looking for a Mechanical Designer to join Mabix, a Group company specializing in the design and manufacturing of molds and plastic injection molding for Unox products.The successful candidate will join the Technical Department, where they will be responsible for designing and optimizing the processes involved in mold manufacturing.
Main responsibilities
Mold design using Siemens NX software
CAE analysis using Moldex3D software
3D scanning using ZEISS equipment
Management of master data, bills of materials, and work routings using SAP and GP90
Support and assistance to the operational staff in the machine shop
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Innovation, or an equivalent qualification
Good knowledge of technical drawings
Previous experience with the software mentioned above is preferred, even at a basic level
Interest in design and the mechanical engineering field
Teamwork and problem-solving skills
