In this role, you will provide essential support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal use of Unox products and services.

Main responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier technical support to customers, ensuring they can use products optimally and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify malfunctions and contribute to the continuous improvement of future product versions.
  • Design and deliver training courses on product usage and technical support, equipping both customers and colleagues with the necessary skills for efficient use.
  • Monitor and report common causes of failures, aiming to optimize processes and improve product quality.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical support, design teams, and customers, ensuring smooth communication and swift resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer support and internal training purposes
