Unox, a market leader in the production of high-quality ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Italy for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Service Technician to strengthen the Service Team at Unox Netherlands. This role is responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer sites, with travel throughout the Netherlands.

Main responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support during site visits or while traveling.
  • Manage all on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and testing of various functionalities.
  • Diagnose technical errors or issues and determine the appropriate solution.
  • Train customers on the use of Unox equipment.
  • Prepare detailed and comprehensive service reports.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude and responsiveness.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electromechanics.
  • Willingness to travel (80% of the time).
