Unox S.p.A., a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as one of the 100 best companies to work for in Europe, is looking for a Financial Controller to join the Administration Team at the Unox S.p.A. headquarters.The selected candidate will be part of the Management Control team and will be responsible for monitoring the use of resources and the achievement of set goals, providing valuable insights into business performance.

Main responsibilities
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance and cost control across different company areas.
  • Support the management control team in daily activities.
  • Take part in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Analyze budget variances compared to planned financial and economic targets.
  • Assist in the valuation and control of inventory for the Group’s companies, in accordance with both Italian and international accounting standards.
  • Provide financial support to UNOX Group companies in Italy and abroad.
  • Monitor cost variations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy of financial data.
  • Participate in other financial analysis projects and decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making and financial analysis initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internship in financial control is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of both Italian and international accounting principles.
  • Understanding of both managerial and general accounting.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage international relationships and communicate effectively in English.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Excel, with knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) and BI tools (such as Qlik or similar).
